Trial Program Arpac's trial program allows our customers to ensure suitability before making a large capital commitment for dock equipment. Subject to the terms of Rite-Hite's and/or Frommelt's Trial Unit Agreement, Arpac will arrange to provide and install dock and door equipment at our customer's site for an agreed trial period. We want our customers to get only what they need. That means there's no purchasing obligation. If the equipment is not bought, our customer's financial obligation is only limited to freight and installation charges. To learn more about our trial program, please contact us.
